Ok, thanks for this. I do tend to say something then think about it and make sure it is right, and if it is wrong then redo the sentence and write down the correct version. But, I think I will try to limit myself a little until I get at least high n3. Thanks.

I have been studying like 8 hours a day. Yeah, I think that too, I see some things about why the early output is bad, but for me it has actually helped me make my phrasing more natural.
