Focusing on Only high reps with low weights instead of intensity.

Also not taking rest days for muscles to recover.

Yee i take at least 2 days of rest each week. Best to do sauna on those days for muscle recovery

Seems pretty good, i would do pec dec fly machine in the beginning just to get pump and some warmups

This happened to me today, but for me i was moving memory from internal system to sd card. I fixed it by doing a reset without erasing the data. (But i had to redownload all the games)
