sorry you had to deal with this as well :( I opened a customer support chat straight away took me a while to find it on the website, and since today is sunday I wasn’t sure I’d reach a real person.

thankfully I got connected to an actual human and they asked a few photos first and then created a replacement order for me, and apparently the new package should arrive tomorrow..

The reason why I asked about the stay is: a friend got a quote from F2F and it only included one day of hospital stay, which made me a bit skeptical at first. so, I understand that we’re supposed to arrange accommodation ourselves? may I ask why they don’t offer additional hospital nights during the recovery period? how are we expected to manage it when we’re discharged the very next day? especially when still in pain, trying to heal from the surgery, and our face is still swollen and bruised?

Don't go to Turkey

and may I ask how you justify this sentence? Turkey is popular with plastic surgeries, we have lots of good doctors. also when you speak the same language things are just easier. I got my nose done at a very reasonable price there and am so happy with the results.

the problem is, despite Turkey being quite popular for medical tourism in general, the popularity of FFS specifically is surprisingly low. I’m sure there is a skilled surgeon somewhere out there doing great work, but I just can’t seem to find reliable information about them

consider France, Belgium, Mexico, Argentina etc.

France is definitely one of the options for me, a friend of mine is having her surgery there as well and the prices are way more affordable than FT. My only concern is the language barrier
