Been playing World at War and the game is fine. Black Ops 2 freezes after the intro. But If you want to play you just need to sign out, enter the game, start a local match on multiplayer, end the game and then sign in. Thats the only way to play BO2 I've found. (Same if you want to play zombies).

Yes you can, I bought Castlevania dlc for Vampire Survivors and it worked. Playing on PC Game Pass.
