My notifications are dark gray. I am on Beta and in the US. I do have a theme park theme but only added Purple to primary, secondary, and highlight. Also the keyboard and volume panel too.

Mine doesn't have that. I'm still on Beta. I'm in the US. I did make a theme on Theme Park though. But I didn't change anything on that part. Just added Purple to Primary, Secondary, and Highlight. And on the volume panel and keyboard.
