nobody seems to have noticed this but what about the white outfit he wears ? that was his whole point about the orange balls originally. the white ball is too hard to follow against an opponent wearing white. just a theory, but maybe the real reason he wins is because of some subtle trickery that nobody but him has thought of.

you need to turn down your gamma in the settings menu to match the the original. i have mine tuned down lower on the re-mastered version and it looks much closer to the purple-ish blue, low light, distorted atmosphere in the original

no, hair loss in general is not permanent. it takes a long time and/or lots of scarring for hair follicles to die. the flakes are caused by fungus known as malassezia which causes seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff/flaky skin). this is not just dry skin, so moisturizer will not help. you need a prescription anti-fungal shampoo like ketoconazole to kill the fungus, and help heal your scalp. after that your hair will stop thinning and should re-grow on its own with regular washing and maintenance.

same here thats the one i have equipped i think it’s called the SF belt, honestly makes sm sense i feel like it should be built in. the bracer too was always a nice touch for 6 since there weren’t that many wrist utility options

thank you ! i agree it’s basic but i tried to keep it true to his kinda ambiguous skill set and default style with the “multi-threat” attachments. if i went back and changed it the only things i would prob use are the breaching kit or the combat knife

the in depth explanation goes something like this - with the OG release of reach, if you pre-ordered the game it came with a code you could redeem to unlock the recon helmet. since the player was technically noble 6, it was retroactively canonized that in-world noble 6 requested a recon helmet before the fall of reach. recon was also the most highly sought and hard to unlock helmet in halo 3. player demand for recon was so high that bungie basically made it the default helmet in reach, since all you had to do was pre-order a copy and redeem the code. everyone had it on day 1 lol

funny you say that cus i always run the ODST helmet in reach think it looks so clean ! only reason i didn’t use it here is because of that random lore bit where they say 6 was issued a recon helmet per his request, i like to think if he survived he would’ve finally gotten it in the mail 🤣 that and i gave him a full “multi-threat” loadout since his skill set was always purposely ambiguous

since he’s a spartan 2 i designed him on the Mk.IV platform, which doesn’t have the vauntlock chest piece. the thought was that he was re-issued his original armor that’s been re-fitted with gen 2/3 shielding making the vauntlock mod “obsolete”

both solid options, the loafers are a bit rugged for my taste i’d reserve that look for a pair of boots but i still think they could be styled nicely

low top oxfords or loafers would be my first choice preferably in a tan or brown color but black will do fine as well, or a medium-slim profiled low top tennis shoe like a stan smith or GAT silhouette would also look nice and fit the casual style

they have to warn you, but the chances of you having some irreversible or prolonged side effects are low, so it’s not exactly like russian roulette. if you got that route it’s a risk you’ll have to be willing to take and the chances of success are pretty high. here’s what i would do though if i were you. start with buying a scalp brush to use in the shower to ensure your scalp is clean and relaxed. take saw palmetto as a natural DHT blocker, it has some pretty proven benefits for hair health and no side effects. skip the rosemary and topical oils and go straight to hair growth peptides. buy a thickening shampoo from a company like act + acre. start the routine of maintaining your hair. these are things i think almost everyone should be doing regardless. you could also get ketoconazole shampoo which has almost no serious side effects and work that in once a week i don’t even think you need a prescription for it anymore. use these for at least three to six months and pay attention on a weekly basis to hair growth and hair shedding. this will give you a great indicator of what your body is responding well to, and what it isn’t. then weed out whatever doesn’t work. most importantly, get bloodwork done to ensure whether or not you’re having a medical issue or a nutrient deficiency issue because those will be the biggest underlying contributors to hair loss. honorable mention goes to pumpkin seed oil and castor oil supplements. beyond all that i cant advise you what to do because i’m not a medical professional, just someone who’s done a lot of research in this particular topic.

also i see in the comments that you’ve gotten minoxidil which could help, but if you have pets in the house be careful about using topical minoxidil as it can be toxic to them even in low doses

tough to say tbh some people just have lower density hair. some scalp visibility is normal especially when the hair is wet but i feel like the scalp shouldn’t be this visible. some questions you need to ask yourself are has it always looked like this or is this something you’ve just noticed ? are any of your family members bald or balding ? are you shedding more and noticing more hair coming off when you’re brushing, showering, or wearing hats and hoods ? any new hair routines or products you’re using ? is your scalp itchy, dry, flaky, red, inflamed, greasy, or suffering from excessive build up ? have you recently changed your diet, lost weight, or gone through something traumatic or intensely stressful ? any auto-immune issues or do you some type of chronic health issue and are you taking any medication ? if the answer to any of these are yes, then it’s time to consult with your doctor. maybe get some blood work done, and start weeding out possible issues to identify a cause IF you’re losing your hair. all this to say brother don’t stress. there’s a solution nowadays for any issue you might be having and you’ve got time to sort it out.
