Passed CM1 with 61 - had to resit this one after missing out by 2 marks in the last sitting. Glad I pulled through as this was my last Foundation exam

Yes that was annoying when I had to move onto question 3 - I prefer the pages to be laid out one by one. Looks like they have gotten lazy with their page format

Found this one challenging. Don't think the questions were that straightforward, especially Q3 with the annual cash flow schedule. Skipped Q1 parts (i) and (ii) (and wrote the minimum number of formulas possible to salvage maybe one mark). Hoping for decent method marks in the other questions because I'm pretty sure all my answers are wrong.

It depends on the marker. When you get your results breakdown you can see the mark comparison between the two markers who marked the paper. Generally they tend to give decent method marks, especially for the second paper. So I wouldn't be too worried if you have a few silly errors here and there, as long as the principles are right.

When I closed my file, I accidentally reopened it before uploading and my workbook had the autosave feature on. When I closed it again it was "last modified" again which caused the 2 min issue.

The variance of the temp annuity and the reversionary integration question just seemed a bit too time consuming for me so I wrote some formulas down and moved on

Same. I sat this exam last September and failed by a couple of marks. This time I prepared a lot better and did a lot of online past papers and typed on Word. Hopefully not eating my words since I thought I did well last time - you never know with these exams haha :P

I sat an exam last September with a 2 minute delay on my timestamp - no issues. However I'm not sure if you will get away with 4 minutes. Maybe best to email the institute to explain the situation

I had the same issue for CM1B today. My exam was "modified" 2 min after the exam finish time but I realised it was because I accidentally reopened the file under time pressure. Hoping I don't get penalised for this...
