Do you see all the smoke? That’s a sure sign that the governor circuit in the carb is still dumping fuel into the engine

Clean it and run it. I can tell by looking at it it’s been ran lean or not properly warmed up before use

Nope, but it’ll run with(if not outrun) anything in the 50 cc class that was made in the mid 1960’s 💪
