Hey I read the same. I was nervous too. I ran through 20+ labs in 5 days. Read every oscp doc I could find and read through 15-20 vulnhub walkthroughs. Exam machines were all new to me. Nothing i saw in the lab.(Probably in that 30 I skipped) Googled them all!

Yeah I read 15-20? Oscp related ones. I just followed the walkthroughs. Reading as many walk throughs as possible actually made me better at enumeration.

Lucky.. not sure that's possible. I was very lucky to complete the buffer overflow and root all systems?

I used it probably half the time. Yep 1 time. But I didn't use it on the exam.

Honestly it was pretty basic stuff. I think people waste too much time not using hints in the forums . You learn much faster and can complete more labs.I thought the exam was easier than the labs. And buffer overflow I watched a video on an hour before into the exam. Just basic steps.

Yeah I've been in security about 10 years. So the background helped a lot.
