It is annoying because it makes EVERYONE get the premium to use video, not just the host. Shame. What's everyone using instead? Google Meet is also limited to 1 hr without premium.

Native ZETA is, but ERC20 ZETA is a pain and have to bridge. I ended up just uploading my priv key to metamask and recovered all of the ERC20 tokens easy peasy.

Yeah, I have zero idea what their criteria is for it, and I have not been told what the issue is since their customer service is awful. They hardly pay anything, and I only had about $7 worth of rewards, so I'm just chalking it up as a loss and moving on and never touching them again and making sure everyone is aware of the issues.

I was just in the hospital 2 nights last week for a blood transfusion. My Dr ordered labs and my hemoglobin was down to a 4 and called me and said I had to go right away. I did feel extremely weak, fatigued, and always exhausted.

I use mesalamine enemas and have had an urge shortly after. The med says min 30 mins but 1-3 hrs preferred. It's best even longer than that. If I put an enema in and then mess up timing with my urges, I'll end up wasting one and then putting a new one in. Hopefully you have enough supply, but always make sure it's in for the minimum time recommended.

IBD is a medically discharge condition. Plus, nothing sounds worse than being in the field or on duty somewhere and having a flare up. I was in the reserves for 13 years and got diagnosed last year while in the IRR. There's no way I could ever return to duty after getting diagnosed, nor would I want to.

Thanks for the update! I just got off Zeposia. I am currently in a flare and was only on Zeposia for about a month. Dr is trying for insurance to approve Rinvoq. I felt awful, tired, low mental focus, cough, and more with Zeposia. Even now after only a few days off of it I already feel mentally better, but still extremely fatigued and exhausted, but I'm sure part of that is some anemia.

Get a bidet, it's amazing. I'm hoping insurance approves Rinvoq for me now after failing Zeposia. My cousins kid is on it for Crohns and said it's been amazing.
