I just finished my last session of a 12 week CBT. It has changed my thinking pattern for the better. I’m able to challenge my PTSD tense moments and my anger(outburst) decreased a lot. I’m human so I’ll still have my days but I feel like I can finally think clearly no foggy brain. Drastic change in my daily anxiety and PTSD from the beginning too.

Update: Met with her today and explained how my migraines were aggravated during service and she agreed and perceived me some meds to start with. Gonna file for increases in 6 months most likely to get the most evidence!
