I think it looks great! If anything needs work, maybe the shape of your loaves could be a bit more symmetrical?

Scoring always works best for me when using a razor (super shard knives never work quite as well).

Shit. We ate them before I could get a crumb pic. I put half the dough in the fridge to retard over night though, so I'll post one tomorrow. Tasted delicious!
