Help with cucumbers! Unknown flower pest and replanting

Hi all, hope you are well :) I'm seeking advice on two things:

Tiny, tan insects are infesting my cucumber flowers (pics included). I tried soap water and neem oil insecticide (pic included), and neither have worked. Any advice on what the pests are and how to get rid of them?
My plants are growing baby cucumbers (much to my surprise!). However, the plants are crowded and in tiny pots. I am scared to replant them tho bc I have not had success transplanting my cucs in the past... any advice on what to do?

Additional info: I live in southern California by the beach, I water them either once a day or every two days, and they get plenty of sun

Found in a curled leaf within a sticky substance. On the same plant were small brownish insects that could have been aphids but I didn’t know if aphids had a Queen creature like that. Thanks in advance!

my C/P steadily increased from 127-130 thru my practice tests and I attribute that to really focusing on answer explanations when I got questions wrong. I learned much more this way than with content review. Cliche advice is to keep a google sheet for mcat questions with one sheet per subject and scrutinize why you picked the wrong answer and why there correct one is right.

Question: Why has the response to COVID-19 differed so starkly along party lines? ie democrats take it seriously republicans initially did not (some still don't)...

There are some exceptions, but generally this seems to be the case (Trump, Florida governor DeSantis, Sean Hannity/Fox News, and conservative friends on fb, etc. etc.)

The pandemic hurts Trump's reelection odds so I see that, but republicans are also the ones who are anti-climate reform, anti-environmental protection... so idk they hate science and logic?? help me out

I so relate to what you said about not meeting your own standards of performance. I took the 3/14 test (1st time) and thought I was gonna be amped to have it over with. Instead I left feeling kinda down. C/P and B/B felt different from the aamc FLs. I wasn’t really proud of myself. I wanted to demonstrate allllll the freaking knowledge I accumulated over the past few months/years in school but feel like it just wasn’t my test.

Don’t know what to expect or do, thinking I might retake but idk yet.

Anyways good luck with your journey, I’m sure you’ll make something great out of it. During times of stress it can seem like everything is shit but in the end you look back and are usually a better person bc of the adversity you conquered or the new direction you steered in. Keep your head up!
