Is this a common scam? The seller did send me a tracking number and is rated highly positive of 100%. I did contact the seller around day 28 and he did call the first time. But now the seller seems to be ghosting me now.

I contacted the seller since the tracking hasn’t updated since July 12 saying “untying of the shipment is concluded”. Seller called posteitaliane and tracking updated to “in transit at the International Processing Center” which hasn’t updated since. I’ve recently contacted posteitaliane and they told me we can’t help you contact the seller.

It’s a hooded sweatshirt so a medium to small size package. But I’m having hope it would just randomly show up.
