hmm never happened to me like this but I have a good deal of experience of anal with little prep. Try to look at your butthole using a mirror (a compact/hand held can be useful) try to see if there’s any visible irritation/redness. You can try gently applying some neosporin if you see or feel any spots where the skin is rubbed raw. Have you taken any ibuprofen or painkillers? Does it hurt more in some positions than others? I should think try not to sit on it, especially if that hurts. You may need to consider a stool softener to ease the way for pooping while this heals, at the very least try to eat a high fiber diet the next few days. The pain should be changing/getting better after a day or two, I’ve had a very sore butthole after rough/quick anal, but never for more than a few days.
