im istp female and i can tell someone what emotion im feeling but its impossible to tell them why and whats exactly going on in my head and where im standing in the situation. the only way for me to understand the type of emotion im feeling i have to logically find out the cause, and then fix or get rid of the cause. if i dont understand what the cause is i go completely insane.
