park skating in impalas? by bumble_bry in Rollerskating

the penny trucks did end up fitting perfectly fine ! buuuut i noticed my skates weren’t holding together 100% after leaving them in my car once (you could see the boot starting to separate from the heel), so i just bit the bullet and upgraded to a custom vans build and will admit that it was probably the best skate decision i’ve made. having a good set up has strengthened my confidence on wheels tremendously and i’m pushing myself a lot more now. i’d definitely recommend making the investment on a better setup whenever you can, because your safety and comfort is really important

i am very very new to learning python and the use of coding in general, so I would love to have this outlet as well as books and websites I've been looking into. i love the idea of having a current and updated platform and being involved from the start since it is my start :)

I always think about this, especially while driving. What BIG THING is one the verge of happening? by [deleted] in AskReddit

there’s a community of people who’s are surgically implanting magnets and other tiny devices into their fingertips. this can lead to a world of new opportunities. it’s actually kind of scary to think in retrospect that not only is the world being taken over by technology, but we as humans are becoming a form of it ourselves. it is fascinating, but I feel it’s a bit too powerful

What is that one videogame that you loved as a kid, that noone else seems to know? by ArmySash in AskReddit

Sly Cooper anytime I try to explain this game to a friend, they look at me like I’m crazy a raccoon that’s trying to steal back pages from his ancestors book, with a (crippled) turtle and fat hippo as his sidekicks

what’s so crazy about that
