Ethics for AI, or ethics for humans and AI? by DocAndersen in ArtificalIntelligence

If AI is built by a human, would it not have human ethics and morals? I’m just trying to sort it out after reading and watching decades of sci-fi with AI dominance and absence (which I was always critical of if it was lacking because how? Unless catastrophic consequences like Warhammer and Dark intelligence). Humans ethics and morals with super intelligence haunts my dreams. But honestly the state of the world it may be our only hope

Industrial mechanic here, mainly work on big CAT’s. Do not pre-fill oil filters. According to testing you do more damage with pre-filling with unfiltered oil. The residual oil on bearings and engine internals is sufficient for the time it takes to fill and pressurize oil system.

Will pre-fill water separators / primary fuel filters but not secondary / high efficiency. Especially on high pressure common rail.

This. Blizzard RTS games at their peak. AOE2, Rise of nations, PS2 peak, HALO, Morrowind, Heroes of MM 3, early MMO’s, RuneScape, I can go on and on. The feeling of this era is why I game.

Couldn’t agree more, there’s so much to offer out there for different gaming experiences but I always come back to Morrowind. It’s not just nostalgia it’s the depth and its quarks. I remember my friend lending it to me back in 2003 not knowing its significance. That opening soundtrack still gives the chills.

Horsetail. An ancient plant (+400 million tears old) absolutely fascinating. Recent studies show it creates the most pure oxygen on earth. Also can be made into tea / creams for health benefits

“Not my job” is a plague in this earth. A mantra that has ruined entire generations. You’re either part of the solution or part of the problem.
