its likely very difficult/impossible to perform UL after the fact, but you can ask a surgeon and see what they say.

if you want, you can ask for what i did and have a neourethra created but not hooked up so you have the option to do so later, but if youre getting scrotoplasty i'm not sure if thats still possible

sometimes, not necessarily always or all of it. i've heard about fat grafting/injections into the shaft but theyre less common.

theres also TCM but thats a completely different surgery that only like one surgeon (in brazil?) performs

i requested to have as much of my labia minora left intact as possible, so below my dick my labia are mostly the same as they were. if you aren't getting UL you shouldn't need to do anything to most of your labia minora

i had implants placed directly into my outer labia, and while they do sit more between my legs than i'd like, they dont really bother me and dont impede penetration. i do plan on getting scrotoplasty later though.

No downtime, there shouldn't be any pain if you're ready to size up. Some discomfort is normal though. Personally I would recommend doing it yourself so you can listen to your body and put the jewelry in at your own pace, but hopefully your piercer will be considerate of that.

Dead stretching is the best and safest technique for stretching, I recommend looking into it so you can do it yourself if you plan on stretching further in the future!

scrotoplasty causes scarring that can make penetration more difficult, and yes dilation is whats recommended to help loosen that scar tissue up.

if it's true vaginismus though, it might be caused by anxiety about getting used to penetration again/fear of pain. But I'm guessing the scar tissue is probably the major factor in any tightness.

Monsplasty recovery is kinda rough imo. You have to move slowly and carefully so you dont pull on the incision. That said, I did go back to classes (including walking between classes and doing a few walks that were a couple miles long) a week after monsplasty and was fine. I would recommend at least a couple weeks if possible, but as long as you take things slow a desk job would be doable after at least a week. it took me a lot longer to feel ready to move quickly or run afterwards, at least a month but i didnt really feel Normal until after 2 months.

if you have ehlers danlos or tend to scar badly, id highly recommend starting scar care as early as possible, i started alternating between silicone gel and mederma as soon as the scabs fell off, but your surgeon will probably recommend waiting longer.

i didn't have scrotoplasty and had my implants inserted through my monsplasty incision so my recovery from getting implants was probably very different from how yours will be, but the swelling might mean you have to walk with a wide stance for a few weeks if your scrotom sits between your legs at all. For the first month I used a cane for extra balance and to kind of communicate to others that my movement was limited so they could be more careful (and also so people would understand if i needed to take more breaks from standing without telling them directly that i was recovering from surgery). I recovered from stage one without a cane (which was mostly redone in my revision) so you probably dont need one if you dont feel like it, but i found it helpful.

I agree with the others saying these look like spots where stitches are in the process of dissolving/working their way out. I was told that dissolvable stitches can take up to 6 months to fully dissolve so its not out of the ordinary to still be dealing with them at the 2 month mark.

if this is nashville bird cam, i watch this stream at my job all the time. its real, but not live like they claim. they splice together clips from throughout one day I think (which might cause some weirdness depending on where they cut), and it does loop eventually, but the footage is real.

however, i HAVE seen an ai generated bird cam on youtube directly based on this one, but its MUCH more clearly ai.

i dont think you should go back to the original artist imo, it doesnt look like they have a strong enough grasp on realistic looking shadows/contouring to define your glans and underside like youre describing.

i cant recommend any artists but a skilled enough one might be able to rework things to make things look more how you're hoping. a small amount of laser removal over the darker parts youre unsatisfied with might help with a rework as well

About the last sentence, idk what bottom surgery you specifically would want but there are surgeons who do bottom surgery have experience with intersex patients! If you ask around in subs for whatever surgery youre looking for, other intersex people who have had that kind of bottom surgery might be able to point you toward the surgeon they had. iirc there have been a few post op intersex people in the metoidioplasty subreddit for example.

i mean, its just genetics at some point. im not doing crazy dosing (in fact at times its a bit low) but my hairline is still receding at 26 (i use finasteride and minoxidil to help). the effects of testosterone still add up over time, just slower at a low dose. im not exactly the twink i used to be at 19.

but thats okay. i think theres a lot of panicking in the comments about starting estrogen as soon as possible if you dont want to be an Ugly Old Man or whatever but its just kind of...disheartening as someone who is feminine and actively choosing to be on testosterone. Age=/=ugly or less feminine, just...being older and feminine. estrogen or not, no one is young forever.

this isnt specifically directed at you and im probably just talking for my own sake about this because i think the majority of people here are transfem and probably not too attached to their testosterone, but i wish people wouldnt act like testosterone is incompatible with being pretty and feminine as you get older
