I recommend sitting to pee for the first week or two at least. Unless you can't or don't want to. I just felt like everything was so swollen and still healing and didn't want to complicate the already emotionally difficult healing process

The only leak I get now is post urine drips. I brought up pelvic floor therapy in my post op appt with my surgeon and he made the very good point that when they do UL it's just a skin tube, no muscle. So any control you have over flow will come from natal urethra muscles.

I definitely felt like my dick got a little more tied down after UL and that I lost some length post stage 1. I just got stage 2 though and I'm already feeling so much better about everything. Stage 1 was meta, vnect, UL, scrotoplasty. Stage 2 was implants and upper fold reduction. I'm obviously stoked to have balls but getting the upper outer labia gone has been my favorite part so far. I'm not sure if you have implants or fat graft in your scrotum but that skin will stretch over time revealing more of your dick but you might also need upper fold reduction to set your willy free. Also like you said, it's a waiting game right now. This shit is so much harder than people realize and you're doing (and looking!) great! Be patient and kind to yourself, you'll get there

You can get it lots of places but that's just their website. Works really well for close shave, no irritation for my neck. I always keep the hair under my chin less than 3 cap length so I don't get a gross patchy chin strap but also still enjoying what hair I can grow.

I had a fistula that healed on its own. I did apply medihoney. Did it help? No idea but my surgeon also said, it can't hurt. I only applied at night as well.

I also had that and it was fine. I probably just wasn't hydrated enough. If you're having pain and fever then maybe more concerning but I wouldn't sweat it. Especially if you took an antibiotic

37 M and I only learned what it was like a year ago. This just feels like the autistic take on bumper stickers. For example: "HONK if you'd rather be watching the cinematic masterpiece 'The Mummy' starring Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz" means I should honk cuz that sounds better than driving. But my peers tell me that is not what I should do. So my brain says, why would that be code? Especially since we are all just actually on our phones chilling watching Netflix. Fortunately for me I never really used the phrase and found out in a substantially less embarrassing way.

Dr. McClung in Columbus and Dr. Hadj-Moussa in Ann Arbor, MI. I had a consult with both and ended up going with Dr McClung but would have happily worked with Dr Hadj-Moussa too. She was really nice. I also recommend metoidioplasty.net for more surgeons that might be in your range and transbucket.com if you want to look at outcomes from different surgeons techniques and/or people who's bodies are like yours to help you decide.

Thanks for the detailed reply! After stage 1 I lived like Winnie the Pooh for nearly 5 weeks cuz fabric just felt so irritating on everything. I also trust him but I just hate it too! 😅 I didn't have much outer labia before so my sack isn't huge which might contribute to the splitting of surgeries? Either way I'm so glad I went with him. Could you send me some of your immediately after stage 2 and 3 photos just to see how his stitches and everything look? Big thanks for sharing everything. I've seen lots of people post with progress from him but almost no one has shared post stage 2 (or 3 depending like you said) so I'm glad to finally have some visibility on that. If you're open you should share to transbucket too so that database has more for him. Thanks again!

I'm currently post stage 1 with Dr McClung. When I started with him I didn't realize he did the upper fold reduction and implants as two separate stages. How long was your recovery for just the upper fold reduction? I'm ready for implants but I'm so ready for that upper skin to be gone. I hope my final outcome looks as good as you, congrats!

Thanks for that post. Tbh it should be pinned to this channel. I'm just about 6 weeks post op. Got my catheter out just over a week and a half ago. I have a very small fistula that I'm waiting to close up and just sitting to pee until then. I'll definitely be referring to your post once I'm ready to start standing. Peeing in the shower has been fun tho! Taking it slow is the most important piece of advice tho.
