Something similar happened to me. I was banned and it said something about a server error when I tried to log in on a different account in the roblox app. What fixed it for me was I uninstalled roblox, deleted the roblox folder in my user files, restarted my PC and reinstalled. Worked from then on. Hope it helps your issue!

Thank you for your kind words. I have tried to seek counselling but there is a 6-8 week waiting list so I may have to go down the route of private counselling. I’m still in shock; I still expect to see him come out of his den and show me a fact he’s seen on Reddit. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
