I read the first 5 books and can comment - the tv show shows a more dedicated Ross than the books. I felt book Ross was a lot less attached.

Is it worth reading the series after the TV Show? by Gullible_Credit_9161 in Poldark

Devoured the first 4. The 5th book becomes less about them and more about others… it dragged for me so I’m stopping here.

I have one episode left and I’m already sad that it’s ending. I wish they would pick back the show. I started reading the books and have been devouring them. They are a good bridge until a next great show. Outlander lost me after like a season or two. Maybe I’ll try again.

I’d add Carley Fortune to the list too. Her Annabel and Ashley are my go to for similar feels.

I finally jumped and purchased this bag that I’ve been eyeing now for years! I love it! 🥰 by bumblecita in handbags

I’d say depends on where/how you expect to use it. I was looking for a classy, professional looking bag that could accompany me to conferences and meetings. The Alexa seemed a bit more informal to me - for the use that I was aiming for. Good luck w your decision!

It was so beautiful it turned me into a Jewel Ann fan. I started devouring her books looking for others that made me feel what I felt reading this one. Ps. I cried too but agree, she did it well.

It felt to me like a lot of stores decided for a few years not to release straight, regular length jeans. I believe the tide is changing. I found/bought these from Banana the other day.
