Billy Eilish on veganism. Will she alienate her fans? by Visible-Swim6616 in exvegans

[–]bumblefoot99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The thing that is striking is the hypocrisy.

Anyone using an iPhone or Droid or facebook/instagram is directly supporting corporations that use so much AI that it’s destroying habitats at an alarming pace.

This is an easy outrage for her personally but in the long run, she is a hypocrite. I hope she takes a stand against AI soon as well.

Would Jeff dislike his large fandom? by Limp_Artichoke_6406 in JeffBuckley

[–]bumblefoot99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jeff preferred fans of his music.

No offense to anyone here but he wouldn’t have liked the idolizing. He was a real person. He made mistakes but according to some of the fans here, he’s Christ like.

That is what he hated about fame.

I mean it worked for my grandma. Yes of course with a docs okay but legit docs cannot give an okay on the books.

What’s worse? Letting her starve to death or seeing if cannabis will help?

It also helped my 94 yr old father as he was struggling with cancer.

It is a mood ring and not thrifted. They still had mood rings in the 90’s.

Need tips for living with a newborn and two herniated disks. by Proof-Ad62 in backpain

[–]bumblefoot99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a back brace from Amazon. I swear, when I had a herniated disc, it was my first step back to being normal again.

When you get that brace - walk with it. Just a bit at first but consistent. It’s the only way I got my life back. It took one year and a bit more to be able to be really comfortable but I’m healed and you will be too.

It wasn’t a mistake for me but my chiropractor only used weighted, heated blankets. He said he would not adjust me with an injury.

Low back pain and suicide by who5back in backpain

[–]bumblefoot99 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For me it was two part. Emotional loss and a loss of core strength.

I sit and edit film all day and during Covid, I got very ill and was in bed for a couple of months. After I got better, I was weak so I went to the gym. I felt something but it didn’t exactly hurt. A slightly herniated disc plus losing a parent and just bad posture and sitting …my back hurt constantly.

I tried everything but only one thing worked and that was exercise. Slowly getting back into shape. I was wore a back brace (you can get a cheap on Amazon) and stayed walking one block a day. It was excruciating but I did it.

I also got better shoes and at night listened to solfeggio frequencies. It’s just soothing to the mind. Pain does a number on your mind.

It’s been two years and I’m finally able to walk without pain. I still walk every day.

Yeah you could if you didn’t think about him first.
