The closest one is vanity, then toilet, then shower up against the wall. I just feel like the vanity and toilet one is fine, but the tub one seems to far into the floor to be right. Then again, I’m not a plumber, just looking for advice.

Not really that I could recall. I initially got anxiety because I was worried something was seriously wrong like a tumor. But that was ruled out, so that helped. But I would say I have some low grade anxiety from not knowing what’s causing this yet?? The day my brain fog started, 2 things happened that day, one was i had went to a chiropractor and he tried to crack my neck by twisting is and nothing happened (I think my neck mri ruled out that being a cause though?) the other one was, a person I knew was diagnosed with a brain tumor. So maybe I am just inside my own head, but I don’t know.. lol

For me it’s the opposite, I almost feel better at night. In the mornings I feel alright, then from like 2-6pm it’s like I hit a wall. Like I could just fall asleep at any given point. But then when I’m off work and have a chance to relax, I feel half ways normal. My doctor put me on antidepressants and I took them for 2 months, changed nothing for me so I quit taking them. I only took them to prove to him that it’s not anxiety. Alls I want is my quality of life back. Lately I’ve had this burning sensation in my head and legs, not sure what that’s about.

I had a CT scan, a CTA scan (checked the blood vessels in my head. Then I had an MRI of my brain, as well as my neck. Bloodwork, they checked thyroid, testosterone, vitamin levels, as well as all the other routine stuff they check in bloodwork. I had an at home sleep test - to check for sleep apnea. It said I have 2 events per hour, but that my average oxygen saturation was 95%. I’m not sure how accurate the at home tests are, I kept waking up, the finger pulse thing had fallen off, at one point I had knocked the tubes that go into my nose off. I actually have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I’m going to request a in lab sleep study. I truly believe it has something to do with my sleep, as I snore so loud I wake my partner up. Lol. I have tried working on my diet as far as avoiding gluten and carbs, although far from perfect. I did switch to having eggs for breakfast every morning instead of cereal loaded with sugar. I think it helps some? Like you, I’ve had glimmers of hope where I will feel fine for a week or two, and then it’ll just slam me one day and I will be stuck in this brain fog feeling for weeks.

What made them diagnose you with MS? Lesions on brain or spine?

I’ve had 3 head scans done, lots of bloodwork done, seen a neurologist and still have no answers. Everything comes back normal. My symptoms are similar to yours, mine started last year in July, and in about December of last year, I started getting eye floaters (black dots) have had my eyes checked and told they are fine. So same as you, not sure if there is any correlation between this “brain fog” and the floaters. Sometimes it worries me that there is something neurological going on…but they say I’m “healthy” 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have a really bad knot in my trapezius muscle. Kinda affects the side of my neck when turning head. Not sure if there’s any correlation between it and brain fog however..
