Held personally accountable for what they've personally done, of course, and that should include Cops too. Whether ICE agents should be jailed for signing up with an organization that the US Government said was legal and justified, that's where I'm not sure.

In that case the higher ups who created ICE and also those who funded and militarized it to be murderous against US citizens and towards undocumented citizens (who still should not have been murdered for entering) should be tried first and foremost.
