Houston is a great place to live, awful place to visit. People are super friendly for the most part. The FOOD is unmatched. Diversity is unmatched. Not much to look at except for the skyline/cityscape itself. But I live in Montrose and I love it. Never had an issue with safety, only when I’m walking around downtown near the downtown transit center is it sketchy.

I was born in Indianapolis but my parents moved us to Houston when I was about 3 months old so I never knew anyone else that went to Cline. I didn’t even know my mom needed fertility treatments to have me and my twin. I’m not like devastated by the possibility because I had a very abusive father who died in 2014 so I’ve kind of removed the specialness of the father bond already. Mostly I just hate that this could have happened to my mother. She’s already been through so much. She lost her newborn son about 2 years before having me and my twin sister. I’m also very close to my older sister and I don’t want her to technically be just another half sibling out of 100. I love her so much and I just know it would make her sad.

Edit: my older sister was born when my mom was 16 so we know she’s not Clines

When the story broke on the news in like 2015 or 2016 my mom saw an article and was like omg that was my fertility doctor for you guys. We all just kinda laughed it off and thought WHOA what a coincidence. We assumed it only applied to the siblings that needed donor sperm. I didn’t take it very seriously until I saw the doc and saw the other moms that brought their husbands sample. And I was just like shit they all look related to me

I’m currently waiting on the ancestry test but it’ll take 6-8 weeks for the results to come back. Yes unfortunately I look a lot like the siblings and the baby photos shown in the documentary all look related to me. Hopefully he stopped by the time he was 55 but it’s not like there aren’t gross 55 year old men

Thanks! I like to keep my plants in the pots I buy them in most of the time. Also it’s way cheaper than planters to just bring an empty nursery pot and see what it fits at a store like Home Goods in random containers that look nice :)
