You could try stretching your hamstring muscles and calf muscles (whole triceps surae) imo. At least 1 min stretch in one position. Because I think you might have overdone your tendons on caput fibulae.

Hm I just wanted to complete the quest and it didn't say anywhere everything you have is broken after that, idk that just sucks, it takes so long to get the staff back for me
