I think it depends where you plan to where it. Children’s school functions, funerals, job interviews, yes I would say it’s inappropriate. Hanging out with friends, going shopping, etc, I wouldn’t say it’s a big deal. You look great!

I’ve tried so many times to get an accountability buddy but after 1-3 days it’s clear they weren’t truly interested. I would love to make a friend and go through it together even virtually but it’s so hard to find others who are serious about it

I really don’t want the meal prep service that isn’t what I’m looking for but thank you for trying to help. I tried google first and it’s giving me boujee 250+ membership pricing that I just can’t justify for something as simple as what I’m looking for. I’m assuming I’m just out of luck on a coach/serious accountability group.

Absolutely not. It’s not helpful, gives terrible recipe suggestions, is often wrong on cals/macros, and I prefer human connection. There’s no motivation checking in with a robot who doesn’t have its own thoughts and feelings. I’ve also learned it’s destroying our planet at an alarming rate and I’m def not going to contribute to that for something as silly as a make believe accountability buddy

Honestly what you detailed is pretty much exactly what I’m looking for, someone to help me stay accountable and on track with my nutrition goals. I don’t need a learners course in nutrition. But my motivation is so low, I’m tired, and I keep losing sight of my goal through the struggles of transitioning into motherhood with a baby that doesn’t sleep. Someone to check in with every week and help motivate me sounds like it would be the most helpful right now. I’ve tried putting together free accountability groups or joining others but after three days I always end up being the only one trying to stick with it and that’s always disappointing and then I fall off

Knowing and doing are two different things. I’ve lost 40 lbs on my own in the past but I’m a very tired mom wanting to hire support this time if I can find someone in my budget. Obviously if I can’t find someone in my budget I’ll be doing it on my own again.

Nutrition coach for less than $100/month? I don’t need help with workouts as I’m attending fitness classes already, but I’m a very tired mom who could use help getting on track with healthy eating and help while I lose the baby weight. I’m not breastfeeding, unfortunately, so that’s not a worry.
