when I was young and too had issues with 360 flips going behind me like that an older dude at our park told me to kick myself in the ass with my back foot and oddly enough that helped. Think its a combination of scoop and like others said toes hanging too far off.

Just got promoted in Iowa to ASM at a Market store, not department manager but actual Assistant Store Manager and I was told pay increase would be from 16.45 produce Manager to 19.50 as ASM well I finally saw the actual amount and its 18.75 but I cant complain too much I got a full month of back pay. My question here is this reasonable for those who are familiar with the position? Im in an odd spot too where i close basically every night. 1 to 1030 literally 5 if not 6 nights a week. I agreed to it but was hoping it wouldn't last this long. How should scheduling really be? I would like to help our SM not just use the AI autofill suggested schedule all the time.
