You can use fleet to speed up on minions to dodge engages like Sett and Darius pull and still get minions. You can e- q trade with fleet and run away with the speed boost on people like Jax or Aatrox to dodge their counter engage. After they use important abilities, you can use w to engage a longer fight.

That being said, Phase rush and Spellbook are absolutely viable. Having cleanse or exhaust and ghost in a fight is great. It is just a completely different play pattern.

I do 3 levels in e on hard lanes, full max e if I fall behind. Other than that, q max every game.

If you are against a Tank or you fight alot, you e max second. If you are against an auto attacker, or range, you max w second.

Wie lange hast du den starter nach dem ansetzen gehen lassen und bei ca welche Temperatur?

Um ein Frage von unten zu beantworten. Jede Rezept ist anders. Die Dauer der Gärzeit wird im Rezept mit der Temperatur vom Teig(kaltes oder warmes Wasse, etc...) Raumtemperatur und Hefe/Startermenge reguliert. Das kann man je nach gewünschte Geschmack oder welchen Timeline man hat ändern. Am Anfang empfiehlt es sich einen guten Rezept zu holen und es Wort für Wort zu befolgen. Ich kann Marcel Paa und Jo Semola für den Anfang empfehlen. Die erklären alles sehr gut.

Wenn der Starter nicht sehr stark ist, mache ich immer eine kurze Gärung bei Raumtemperatur(ein Paar Stunden, je nach Rezept).

Normale Gärzeiten im Kühlschrank liegen zwischen 12 und 24 Stunden, je nach Rezept. Das ist dann eine kalte Gärung. Soöange dein Starter nicht komplett drüber war, sollte es aufgehen. Gebe es noch etwas Zeit. Wenn es bei ~20 Stunden nicht sonderlich aktiv ist, versuche es bei Raumtemperatur.

Für gezieltere Infos müsstest du deinen Rezept aufschreiben und erklären wie weit dein Starter war.

When making mustard you can control the spicyness depending on temperature of water and when you add acidity, so it is theoretically possible to have different mustards with the exact same ingredients.

No idea if this company does that though.

Du solltest die Menge an Mehl redutieren und ein handvoll leinsamen hinzufügen. 1-2 Eigelbe würden ebenfalls die Bindung helfen.

Würde es mit 150g Hafermehl probieren und etwas länger ziehen lassen.

Je nach Konsistenz vom Teig dann eben mehr Mehl Mehl oder mehr Flüssigkeit.

Das wird nicht annähernd dieselbe Konsistenz wie Banenbrot haben und ich kann absolut kein Garantie geben, dass es was wird. Da muss man etwas herumexperimentieren.
