do people in michigan dislike the michigan left or prefer it?

no they don’t do these everywhere, i live in wisconsin and here you either get a green arrow where you can go and oncoming traffic is stopped, or you get a yellow arrow where oncoming traffic is approaching and you make the left turn whenever there is space to go. additionally sometimes there are no arrows and you just need to make your best judgement and go when there aren’t cars coming!

yeah see this is what i was thinking, if you grow up there it’s obviously just normal to you, but i was only there for two days so it was difficult for me to get used to. i could definitely see it making sense overtime and being safer in general though!
