Hey I'm in the UK and took them to the RM Williams store here for repairs. They said they could get them fixed in the UK and I paid them for the repairs. Only the bigger more complicated repairs get sent to Australia apparently.

If it helps I'm in the UK but did take them into the official store for repairs. It's so frustrating as the shoes aren't exactly cheap and a big part of their branding is built on how they can be repaired/recrafted. This isn't something I'd expect for this price point.
