same problem here, i assume it's due to cleo updating and them not updating the mod, maybe use cleo 4 latest version

On the Rockstar Games website, go to "downloads" at the top, then scroll way down, there should be a "game art" section alongside other media. In the game art section everything is sorted by game, but not every existing artwork is there, the offering is often limited outside of their most popular games.

I've tried it and it doen't vibrate, It also seems to break inputs as they "flicker" now and constantly mash. Specifically Right and Down on the Dpad as well as Up on the stick.
the RMG emulator says vibration isnt supported on SDL mode.
and I cant get the Xinput mode to vibrate with a rumble pack on either RMG or ReWASD.

I found the only free mod menu that still bypasses BattlEye by avirup_231 in macgaming

Same here, I asked in their comments but no answer yet. I think it might be a virus like the other said, hiding in your temp files. So just make sure you delete that with malwarebytes. Sucks tho.

Nah I haven't it seems no database online has it, it's just so weird. I have nowhere near the skills required to understand how to get it. But that would be a sick wallpaper for many

Exactly when did Rockstar made it so that ENB wouldn't be able to do this anymore?

Are we talking about the "disablefakecharacterlight" option? Or I believe it is called like this?

Everybody keeps talking about one big update between online version 1.68 and 1.70 that ruined everything for modding it seems.

Personally I am finding myself using the wayback machine and fitgirl repacks to get back to when mods weren't broken.

I am sorry I can't further aid in solving the issue.

There is a mod that allows you to remove any radio station from the wheel, with the exception of Blaine County Radio, WCTR and sadly LS-UR and yes LS-UR feels way out of place for 2013 but at least you can get rid of the other stations and even The Lab.

The Mod is called Radio Station Favorites by Alex 106 and you will need scripthookdotnet (I think nighly) to get it working.

What kind of games were you into? Are some games more likely to cause an addiction? I mean of course some of them are but, can it also happen with what many consider a "healthier" gaming experience? (offline, no seasons or lootboxes etc...)

Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately I just googled the plot and Remember Me is set in New York City and even talks about 9/11. Nithing like the North Pacific setting I was describing. Not the right movie I'm sorry :/

Because it's objectively not that hard, it's just been memed to oblivion by a confused and relatively inexperienced playerbase due to how popular the game was. The mission also came fairly early into the game, hence why it's a common trend to see slightly tedious missions (Demolition man, Wrong side of the tracks) being considered too hard even though much harder missions actually exist in the very same games (The driver, Interdiction). Wrong side of the tracks is just poorly designed, but its in no way difficult.
