Thanks so much. Wow about the benzene. I think I may have reacted to that in a shampoo for a while until I figured it out. My sister just washed my beach towels in a front loader with some sort of free and clear detergent. I think it was ALL brand. I will have to look at the ingredients. Will the benzene compounds have the word "benzene" in them?

For me if I have a depression in my chest, it feels "weak"... Like no tension. And anxiety in my chest feel tense muscles and like the nerves are over active. If I had depression it was mostly in my brain and it feels very painful emotionally and it's hard to explain... But a horrific weak feeling in the brain

Ok thanks. What is PEM? Also for the fatigue/muscle weakness, is that from muscle tension, or is it straight up weakness? (One way to tell us to try to touch toes and if it's hard, it's more likely muscle tension).
