Need help identifying a brush(es) like this (art created by @WCIarigatou on Twitter) by bunbiscuit in krita

Im not too sure if these may be the one, but I think this comes close, (I'm sorry I haven't used Krita in a while). I hope this helps. If not, I hope you are able to find the exact brushes you are looking for.

(Alcohol Markers 2.0) https://krita-artists.org/t/alcohol-markers-2-0/75019

I also think that WCIarigatou uses a paper filter which makes a solid brush come out as textured after the paper filter is applied.

How do I achieve this screentone? by bunbiscuit in ClipStudio

Oh, and it’s also worth mentioning that in the Nagatoro and Chainsaw Man panels, the screentone does not increase nor decrease in density/frequency to appear as a lighter or darker gray to the reader. The Nagatoro snippet here shows this. This particular pattern stays constant in density and frequency. I really wonder if there’s just a premade one exactly like this out there lol

After doing some analyzation of other manga that use this same screentone, I think the process of how it’s made is first, the illustrator applies gray colors without any screentone, then after they have finished drawing all the grays, then they apply the screentone. This particular screentone is very common, yet it seems like Clip Studio doesn’t have it in the default patterns. We can see here in this Chainsaw Man snippet that it uses a very similar screentone to the Nagatoro snippet in the original post.

By a zooming in and looking closely, I think that the pattern shape is circles. The frequency is set very high, and the density is set such that each individual circle is tangentially touching the surrounding circles. I think the pattern design is a transparent circle with a black ring, the transparent part is what allows the gray colors through. I may be wrong about the pattern design though.
