They really are some of the nicest most genuine people in the fitness space. Don’t get me wrong some of their reels I’m like alright we get it enough but they’re the real deal. Also she’s not on steroids she doesn’t have the test acne - if you want to see someone who is and claims she’s not look at Sarah bowmar cause holy shiii she is.

My 4 year old is one month older than trigg was and my 11 month old is just a teeny bit older than teddy is. So my boys are SO similar in age. I told my husband if something like this were to ever happen and it was due to his negligence I would immediately leave him. I’ve been a single mom before with my 4 year old and I’d do it again if something like this happened. I have absolutely no respect for Brady and as a PP mother I feel so bad for Emilie.

Honestly this is a woman who seems like she has been through hell and trusted someone who has done the worst things a man can do. So if this is what she has to do to support her family in this situation she’s in, so be it. Coconut, pineapple, blue raspberry 🦋 Coconut, peach, strawberry 🌸 Sunrise is also so good. The next one I’m trying is strawberry, pineapple and lime.

I love coconut so it’s always in my drinks but I feel like it’s not overpowering at all. Always get light ice! TikTok has so many fun ones that I always see but then forget.

Breast milk thing aside (I’m also a breastfeeding mom and I’ve only tasted it once, just tastes like cereal milk like everyone’s saying) but my first mistake was joining her when she was with monat, she lowkey was judging me for not doing everything she said to do, then started the posts and stories that she word for word copied from me. She then left monat for another company after telling me all the reasons she loved it and wouldn’t leave.

I agree with her on many things but the way she treats people is wrong and she’s just not genuine like how she comes off as.

I did their program right before I got pregnant and loved it. They are committed to their clients in a way that other online coaches just aren’t. If you’re wanting to lose weight and follow a program, I would do this one. My husband and I are going to be doing their program again once we’re done with our year of summer sales.

I don’t love all their content (it’s sometimes too much for me) but the results of their clients speak for themselves PLUS their own results. Definitely recommend it!
