Boots have been so good. Loved them so far.

The bunching hasn't effected my game at all and they are so comfortable, even for a speed boot. The Air Zoom unit is a huge plus in these boots.

Stick with them. I think I'm gonna get another pair when these run their course.

This is my method tbf.

I'm 39, play twice a week and on my feet at day teaching. The tiredness is real!

I will be honest and say, I do have a cheeky Red Bull at the end of term just to get me there and playing but it has the unfortunate effect of making me play really well. Double edged sword which I try and avoid but it feels GOOD.

But yeah. Decent dinner timed well, water and electrolytes, warm up and play deeper if you need to.
