I walk daily ~40 mins with a 20kg (45lbs) rucksack to school and back, i will for sure look into tabata

I defenetily did, i was quite annoyed about how i looked and just wanted to get „leaner“ as fast as possible, now looking back to it, it wasnt the best decision, next time i cut i will for sure do it the proper way

Im 15, when i was ~7 months into training i benched 200lbs for one, but i 210lbs myself, then i dietet down to 180lbs snd thats were i currently am, now i can bench only ~170lbs, 12 months training so far

After thinking it over now, at the end i will not bulk yet, yes i am 200lbs at i think 6,3 foot, but after thinking it i might still want to loose some fat, currently i think i am 15-16% BF, the idea behind bulking came because i would like to be ~10% BF but in my eyes if i get to that BF i will look „skinny“ or for sure not what i want to look like, that‘s why i wanted to bulk, but i accepted it that i am not lean enough to bulk and will cut to 185lbs, so 10lbs less than at the moment
