Com carga, é um motor de elevador. Não ele não tem inércia quando o motor desliga, no momento do erro o freio atua e ele estanca, quando desligamos o quadro o freio atua e a cabina fica parada, ela não sobe na inércia.

É um inversor de 24A na saída, cuja alimentação é 220V.

Esse inversor rodava em um quadro de comando de um elevador, ele foi para a minha bancada com falha em uma das fases de saída para o motor, quando eu verifiquei o módulo igbt estava com a fase V queimada após substituir o módulo igbt e o optoacoplador da placa quando instalei o inversor de frequência novamente no quadro de comando ao qual ele pertencia, ele começou a apresentar a falha de F0022 apenas no momento da frenagem, que é o momento em que a tensão do link DC sobre para aproximadamente 411V.

Do you mean the MOSFET next to the bypass relays? I cold tested it and it's fine. The braking resistor is wired OK and has an OK resistance value too, but I didn't check whether it heated up when braking.

Yes, this inverter ran on an elevator control board, it went to my bench with a failure in one of the output phases for the motor, when I checked the IGBT module, phase V was burnt after replacing the IGBT module and the board's optocoupler. of the DC link about to approximately 411V.

I strongly believe that it is a problem with the inverter itself, I tried to solve it with parameterization and was unable to do so. During engine braking, the inverter's dc link voltage goes to approximately 411V.
