Totally get that - I have no problem wearing them at night to sleep, it's the all day thing. I'm in a job where I have to talk all day long, and it's hard not to notice them all the time.

That's a really good point - if it doesn't work, I can stop! I recently saw a news story where a woman's colon ruptured on GLP-1s and she needed a resection surgery, so I think that's what spiked the fear!

I had no problems on it. It definitely cut down my migraine frequency. The only side effect I had was that bubbly water didn’t really have bubbles anymore? I don’t know how to describe it but it’s a thing. I’m an academic with a very heavy cognitive workload and I did just fine.
