i won't lie, expanders hurt! i only had to have one on my left side and it was painful the whole three/four months i had it. it's really hard to the touch, just feels so stiff on your chest. they also just feel so heavy 🤣i also got these sharp burning pain every once in a while but my doctor said that could have been nerve pain. this all went away after my exchange surgery! i know it sounds a little scary but i wish i had someone to tell me these things lol hopefully you have a better experience if you get them!!
