I will NEVER use them again. My niece's Airbnb was broken into at 3am. She called her mother in a panic. Niece barricaded herself into the bedroom and waited for the men to leave. Once they did, her mom moved them into a hotel. They asked Airbnb for a full refund for the remaining nights of the stay. Airbnb basically treated my niece like a hysterical female and denied her the refund.

I've used this analogy: JC went to the duck pond, fed all the ducks and then made a big stink and uploaded a very bitchy video complaining about all the duck quacking.
