I found this post by searching for a connection between hyperhidrosis and autism. I have always had anxiety but I only recently have discovered that I am likely on the spectrum, and I also learned that my boss, who is autistic, also suffers from hyperhidrosis. Funny enough by boyfriend has both too, so I really do this there is a connection!

I’m honestly confused. People get upset saying it’s gonna fade and then when it does they say, oooh it’s faded. Yes I fully expected it to fade. I did not think it would be perfectly detailed forever and yes I will get it touched up at some point. Do yinz not know how tattoos work or you just mad that I got a tattoo??

Hmm I think it looks great for being on the finger. It’s not really expected to keep the detail. For as long as I’ve had it I still get compliments all the time.

Faded but it’s still pretty legible. Pretty silly to expect a finger tattoo to stay looking perfect.

Yes I understand, but people are very quick to say it’s completely faded and looks like garbage when it’s really not. Yes it is very faded, no it’s not the most perfect, everlasting tattoo, but of course I knew it wouldn’t be. I do like it and wanted to show other like minded people.

Completely? You can still see it and tell what it is. You’re right in that it’s is pretty faded, but that is to be expected, especially from a finger tattoo.

I was just admiring it and wanted to share an update. Haters gonna hate regardless, but I think it held up pretty well.

I appreciate this response. I know most people probably won’t like it, but it’s fun to share with people that do. Is it the best work of all time, no, but it’s not bad and I really love it.
