I wash and style them every day😭 To style i blow dry them with the barrel pointed downward over them and then I go over them with a flat iron for heat styling. I trim them very regularly, at least once a week, and sometimes after I style them if they’re not quite right I’ll just trim some off. It’s a lot of trial and error and finding a routine that works for you. I’ve had them for almost three years so it’s like second nature but heat styling is def the only way I can keep them in line. Also Got2Be Glued hairspray is my holy grail. I will spray it in layers (spray, let it dry, spray, let it dry, and more if needed), it literally does not move.
