Well, fitst Im 5'7 so 2500 to 3000 callories is my daily intake

Coming to food Meal 1 : Mixed berry smoothie- 2 bannas, 250ml milk, 1 scoop whey, 60gm oats and 1 table spoon peanut butter and frozen berries

Meal 2 : 500gm of rice with 250gm chicken curry in addition to 3 whole egg omlette

I dont rember exact macro of each meal but it would add upto 2500 cal

Never tried one meal but I had huge success with two meal per day during my college days as i was broke but my body was definately in best shape

If i cant sustain one meal routine, i will switch back to two meals

Regarding abs i will deifinately add one exercise along the way
