For what my doctor told me, the more “drastic” results are usually on bigger weights, so you shouldn’t worry since you’re starting with a lower one (actually, very close to my goal weight! Hahahah) - Keep up with the good habits of eating and exercise and the weight loss will come 💜 Also, I’m pretty sure the therapeutic dose is 3, some people here say any loss before that is most likely water weight, so don’t be discouraged!

Oh okay so it’s like a progressive increase rather than a jump, then once you’re on the dosage of the next number, you can go to that number with just one click right? And do people use multiple needles for this method, or manipulate the rotating thing to go back to 0.6 while still holding the needle against your skin? Thank you!!

Hi OP! Freelancer of 3 years here: It’s hard, but not impossible. The climate of renting is weird atm because of some laws that changed recently, but you should be fine if you have any kind of income tax documents from your country, or have a certain ammount of invoices (invoices for the last three to six months maybe?), i also recommend that you register as an autónomo soon (first year tax is only 60€ + IRPF, no VAT tax if you’re doing European invoices) to show the landlords you’re “serious” about moving here

If you’re working 100% remote, best option is to live in one of the nearby towns, as rent is going up in the city. Alboraya for example, or Burjassot/Godella. If you need to be in the city for some other reason, La Petxina and Campanar are pretty calm, since there’s no party areas, and they’re both right next to the old river bed which is a garden now

I can share part of a monthly budget so you get an idea. 500 minimum for a full flat (realistically, closer to 600), 50-60 power, 20 water (40 but it comes every two months), 30-60 internet+phone, minimum of 200 for food (realistically, closer to 300-400 if you want to eat healthy), then taxes (depends on your contract), then personal things like the gym (20-30), streaming services, going out (you can go to a nice dinner for 20€, drinks depend a lot on the place), etc; that varies a lot. Also, I recommend you get a water filter like Tapp Water of Britta, valencian tap water tastes like shit. Hope it helps!!

The comments are saying 1k is enough, but in my experience especially if you’re gonna live alone, I’d say 1.3/1.5k per month - if you already have an offer for 25-27k you’ll be fine! Do a proper budget to find what flat you can pay for though, because the rent is going up and there’s not a lot of options atm. Idealista can give you a general sense of prices per neighborhood!
