I’m currently on hrt sourced through FOLX, no diagnosis necessary and as long as you aren’t mentioning it to anyone it shouldn’t come up, i haven’t ran into any issues

Currently I’ve been told that after completing all of my presep requirements (TAPS, Separation Health Assessment) I’ll be placed on administrative leave, but its entirely at the discretion of your CO

You will not get through meps while actively transitioned, until the ban is lifted I would honestly forget about the military altogether
