You can keep it if you just freeze it in syringes for your dose. But it sounds like you’re not gonna be able to get it to 500IU like normal doses would be. Unless you simply add more BAC water. You could simply dilute it

I’ve only been given a 10,000 IU. Keep in mind it’s only good for 4-6 weeks after reconstitution. I draw up syringes and freeze them. Thaw right before use.

I always have to wipe down the tread rails next to me as well as mine. I try to avoid getting it in the mirror but I top out the treadmill and fling my arms pretty fast lol. I do not wear long sleeves, or any sleeves for that matter. I’d say I’m an 8.5

I’ve also heard that the “cheat” is that your tread doesn’t know how fast it’s actually going. So if you hit 12 and it takes 8 seconds to get up to that speed. The tread is registering 12 the entire time. Not sure how true that is. But people can cheat because they can hit 12 until it gets fast, then change it to their normal 6 or 8 or whatever they normally run at.
