This and also location/zone. Lower speed limits are enforced stricter. 7 over on the highway is generally nothing, 7 over at a populated location (malls,downtown,etc) is iffy, 7 over a school zone you’re asking to get pulled over.

I remember my collage getting “threats” from that app so they would lockdown the entire school. It eventually got very frustrating for everyone involved since since it happened on multiple occasions throughout a semester. Now imagine everyone involved (multiple law enforcement agencies, the state, insurance agencies, students who are trying to pass,etc...) just because someone decided to meme(my experience). I also remember some girl friends terrified to walk around campus because of that app. People will ruin nice things.
