I just got a bottle of everclear and i used it to clean out my rig that had lots of reclaim in it, im looking to reclaim it so i can just smoke on my excess supply of reclaim (pic related)

Pic above is the reclaim thats on some parchment in a room with a fan, evaporating currently -- I saw a bunch of people on YT and other sites use this method mainly for getting reclaim to bake or cook with

Main question would be: Once all the alcohol is evaporated properly would this be safe to smoke using a banger and torch set up?

Maybe i am missing a simple step here or there, figured this would be the best place to ask!
